It's impossible to reach inside them and totally understand how they are feeling. You will get it wrong, and you will inadvertently trigger feelings but that's not a bad thing. It offers a chance to offer love and hopefully help heal by your child seeing that it is now safe to experience certain things. We worry so much about getting it wrong but sometimes getting it wrong leads to getting it right.<br /><br />I never underestimate the power of a good massage!!
